Through his practice he strives to achieve buildings that blend with the environmental aspects of the industry and the commercial reality of the world . Lach has diverse experience in multi-residential, commercial, office developments and retail/hospitality related projects.

Alan was an honours graduate of Queensland University and has practiced exclusively on the fabulous Gold Coast apart from one year in Europe under the A E Brookes Traveling Scholarship. He regards architecture as an opportunity to leave a positive mark on the world and to influence lives through the joy of good design. His interests include family, running and body-boarding. Alan is a member of the HHH running team

As a Senior Architect of HHH, Cam has an interest in thorough investigation of building design and detailed components. He has worked as a site Architect for many projects with his first being the original Pacific Fair shopping centre. His special interests include surf life saving, golf, yachting in the Mediterranean and world-wide traveling.

Ed has thirty years architectural experience and is still passionate about design. As a Senior Design Architect at HHH, Feeling, structure and context inform his design.

Rob has over 15 Years, experience in residential and commercial design and documentation of projects. At HHH he keeps the CAD systems running smoothly.

Paige has design philosophies that are minimalist, to be environmentally responsive and responsible, to design with the notion of sustainable inter-connecting lifestyle and to integrate building with landscape. Paige’s personal interests are camping, traveling, and connecting with nature.

The design interests that Tracey pursues in her career are residential scale Architecture, Architecture related to the sports, and environmentally sustainable Design. Her personal interests are related to sports in general, outdoor recreation such as camping and tramping and traveling. Tracey is a keen member of the HHH running team.

Rob (Frank) has philosophies in his life that blend with his professional life; “I hope in my lifetime the profession comes out of the dark ages and starts to make all buildings energy efficient”. Rob strives to reduce his footprint on the planet, have many days surfing and listens to good music.

Megan has been working in the architecture field for 14 years.  She has a special interest in education projects, having worked on many schools over the past 10 years.  Recently joining the HHH team has allowed her to spend less time commuting and more time with family.
