“Architecture is the art of improving people’s lives through well-considered design” – Alan Hayes
At the heart of every great building project in which HHH has been involved is the way it improves the way people occupying the space interact with the built environment and its surrounds. To deliver on the promise of value for money, the team needs to get it right the first time and avoid costly revisions and rework. Success depends essentially on effective communication between the client and the HHH team. This can only be attained through asking over and over throughout the process from concept through design development to project initiation and finally to delivery: ‘Does this solution meet your needs?’ ‘How can we better satisfy your needs?’ And HHH service to the client does not stop there.
The firm upholds the values defined by the founder partners who can proudly point to continuous service to many clients and design flexibility.
Over time, HHH clients’ user needs change; thus, the built environment needs to be adjusted to meet the new ways the spaces in which people live, work and relax each day can accommodate new activities.
HHH portfolio of completed projects are a testament to the rigour applied to working with great entrepreneurs who engage HHH to deliver their projects and at the same identify and help minimise the risks entailed in all projects. The portfolio also demonstrates the necessary skills required to lead and work with the firm’s professional peers.
