Designed for a narrow 405m2 block. This house is a modern interpretation of the terrace house with “blind” side walls for privacy. Light and space are brought deep into the plan through a roofed central courtyard and double height-living room. As a result, this relatively small house provides a rich variety of spatial experience and feels light and open without compromising privacy.
