A Southport office building is to get a major face-lift.
The 30 year old Kaybank Plaza property on Scarborough Street will have 2 stories added and a 7 floor extension.
Existing offices will be gutted and upgraded with new windows , air conditioning, electrics and high speed internet services.
Alan Hayes of Hamilton Hayes Henderson said the seven- level extension would go to the rear of the building, and along with the new floors on the existing building, lift the gross floor area by 2571sq m. “The floorplates will be 760sq m and there are no other of that size available in Southport.”
