Australian Air Academy
The only first class commercial Pilot Air Academy in the southern hemisphere, this facility was purpose designed for British Aerospace / Ansett Airlines joint venture. Facilities include 230 residential units (460 master planned ) for students including dining, recreational and relaxation facilities . Educational / training facilities include lecture theatres, radio/navigation training room and flight simulation facilities, hangars and air strip in a totally master planned and developed project. The Australian Air Academy attracts students for training from diverse regions in the Asia-Pacific basin and from sources varying from defence to commercial airlines .
