This project was delivered under the local council’s Priority Development Area (PDA) initiative to boost development for the city. Sited near the new Gold Coast light rail route, the development contributes urban amenity with a mix of residential, café and retail spaces; ultimately activating the street and greater city. An additional urban gesture is offered by the dramatic curved corner balconies that provide the projects design signature. Market conditions are met via a combination of creative planning & efficient design. Landscaped communal garden requirements have been transferred to the rooftop deck, enabling two levels of semi-basement parking.
