This building was the first stage of a three part development. The later stages were sold only as land.

As part of the design team we working closely with the developer and the engineers to create modern facilities, while constructing within the stated budget.

The layout provides varying size spaces, to suit different needs. Five of the spaces were provided with a second level mezzanine office space.
