The overall park incorporates twin towers, each providing 5,600m² of flexible office space, 1,400m² of ground level retail tenancies and a double basement carpark for in excess of 350 cars, which services both towers via six high speed lifts. The sleek exteriors reflect the waterside setting in Bundall. A foyer retrofit was completed mid-2016 for Gold Coast City Council, who now occupy the towers, involving new joinery, furniture and finishes.
