Hamilton Hayes Henderson were asked by Twin Towns to create a modern counterpoint and statement for the club as it entered the new millennium. After 25 years of show time the Auditorium was well due for revitalization. State of the art seating, Air Conditioning , Acoustics , Tiered seating and new Foyers, Lighting and Décor have repositioned this popular venue for the 21st Century. As part of a 2 stage development including the Millennium Tower it was possible to create an adjoining foyer to the Auditorium development which enabled entry into the Auditorium towards the rear instead of adjacent to the stage. The styling of the new building was contemporary taking into consideration the existing six storey building and auditorium, which the following year was also retro fitted to match the newly adopted style. The new tower created a number of spaces which has enabled the club to continue to meet their patron’s needs.
