This was the first project approved under the Southport PDA (Priority Development Area). From this original approval a number of elements were revisited and redesigned before the building was built. Designed from the out stead as a business hotel, the hotel houses a café and a number of small function spaces. The final building has 107 rooms. Located close to the light rail network, the basement has minimal car spaces, but accommodates a number of bicycle parking spaces.
